30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We understand that sometimes a record may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. This means that the vinyl record should not have been played, and all protective materials, including sleeves and shrink wrap, must be intact. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form or email us at [email protected]. Include your order number and a brief description of why you would like to return the item. Our customer service team will respond promptly with instructions on how to proceed.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our condition requirements. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or customized pieces. All sales on these items are final. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
